Shipping & Delivery

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 1-2-day processing time. Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska will incur additional shipping charges. We will inform you of the additional charges after your order is received.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.



Return policy

In order to exchange or return this item, you must meet the following requirements:

– Request a return number (RMA)
– Return in original packaging
– Return with the RMA number within (30) days
– Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise
– Enclose a brief letter of explanation
– Merchandise returned for exchange- will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.
– Merchandise returned for refund- will be charged a 15% restocking fee – $3.00 minimum.

If the product is defective, then see manufacturer warranty list for return instructions.

We do not accept merchandise damaged in transit. All claims must be filed with the carrier. In this case contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number.

You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#.


You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
